Below Service Fee options allow you to increase of Funds amount after clearing, therefore allowing a lower initial Service Fee.
Deposit in advance per Escrow undertaking
1. Full Services - Fee Option — means your proof of Exit is exchanged in response to our proof of Funds-Funding
Funds & Funding Service = escrow 5% cash ($100-thousand minimum) of Funds amount; and/or
2. Limited Services - Fee Option — means the proof of Funds is exchanged after verification your proof of Exit is effective with proof of Funding.
Funding Service = escrow 5% cash ($50-thousand minimum to $100-Thousand maximum) of funds amount plus 1% of Funds amount plus escrow a Service Fee Note in amount of 4% ($100-thousand minimum) of Instrument face amount due at settlement first, then not later than 28-Day Service Period maturity.
